Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (GlowUnique, email: sabko97@outlook.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Consequences of the revocation:

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

Return shipping costs:

The customer bears the costs of the return shipment.

Important NOTE :

Since these are hygiene and care products, opened or used items are excluded from the right of withdrawal if the seal has been removed.
